Classic Miniatures kit help

Hello, I have an old Classic Miniatures kit in my possession, opened it today to build it and I am missing some of the instructions. The kit in question is the Gold Hill House CM-24. From what I can tell, I am missing the plans and instructions sheet, and Plate #2 Templates and Cutout guide. A Google search turns up nothing but the entire kit for sale. Can anyone help me with this?

I have this kit in my closet collection of unbuilt kits. If you pm me I can make and send you a copy of the instruction sheet and the wall template sheet.
