Model Railroading > HD cameras for TV viewingDate: 10/01/19 10:37 HD cameras for TV viewing Author: 4thDistrict I have a flat screen HD TV in the crew lounge. For years I had a small, cheap analog security camera positioned at a good train fan spot for people to watch while waiting for their next job during op sessions. Today it died - RIP. I want to replace it with an HD camera. It must be small since it has to sit inside a stack of logs, and would be best if connected via a direct HDMI connection to the TV for live viewing - no WIFI, no servers, no DVRs in the path.
Do any of you have a recommendation? Something you are using, perhaps? Thanks! Rick Date: 10/01/19 19:59 Re: HD cameras for TV viewing Author: wabash2800 Don't go cheap as you will be disappointed. I am using cameras for other purposes and have found you get what you pay for.
