Who makes these antennas in HO Scale?
Both the GPS dome and the antennas on either side.

Either details west or details associates makes the gps domes.   The antenna. Not sure. They might be part of the ptc system. In which case shapeways has a couple different designs

From the same designer, I used these on my STX BNSF C44-9W's, it's a combo pack for the octagonal domes and the long tracked:

I woudl suggest lightly running some sand paper across the top, sides and bottom first, then rinse the fine dust off. I primered them with Tamiya Super Fine Primer and then sprayed them with gloss white, also from Tamiya.

For the long antennas you could also make them from strip styrene too.

Here's what the antennas that I linked for the Shapeways looks like on the Scaletrains BNSF D9's. The octagonal domes is from the factory. I chose the combo kit because the length of the side antennas looked to be the correct length in relation to the dome. These are tapered on the sides and ends to match the prototype.
