Model Railroading > Atlas ALP-45DP headlight CV settings

I am the happy owner of a trio of N scale Atlas ALP-45DPs, with sound and DCC. They have a nice assortment of sound and lighting features. However, there is one feature I would like to disable if possible: the locomotives maintain their headlights, ditch lights, and marker lights at the dim setting until the throttle is advanced, and then they go to full bright. They operate this way in either forward or reverse. Is there a way to change a CV so the lights are on bright all the time, without regard to throttle setting? This locomotive uses the ESU Loksound Micro V4 sound decoder. The owners manual doesn't mention this feature and I can't seem to find this information on ESU's website.
