I know it's been discussed previously, but this was featured on another site that I frequent.  The pictures (see the "the BBC has photos here" link midway thru the article) are incredible.

Thanks for the heads up.  It always seems like there are only broad overview shots of his layout.  Someone needs to get in there and get some close-up detail dhots of the scenes and buildings.

You mean like Model Railroader did a couple years ago?
