Amtrak EMD F69PHAC ever produced in HO scale

 As far as I know, no one makes a commercial F69ph amtrak/metra unit, I know someone on shapeways has designed a cab section to fit on a Kato F40ph, It requires you to cut the cab off and graft on the shapeways cab

Metra’s are F40PHM-2’s.
