Who makes HO Nathan K5LA Horn
Author: Frank30

I'm looking for brass HO model of Nathan K5LA horn. Looking for later version used on late model F40s that had all the
bells forward on a single level which made for a wider horn than used on the early F40s.
I've purchased them in the past but I can't find invoice to give me a part number, looked in Walthers, CalScale, DW, Bowser
and don't want to order from description only with no picture.  Looking to use with Boston MBTA F40s.  Anybody have an
old package with a part number I can use to order some??
Thanks for your assistance.

Details West 252 is better, but if you need brass, then Cal Scale 625 (626 with snowcones).  I feel they are a little small though.

Frank, the K5LA trumpet position is the same as it was back when Amtrak ordered it.
Even on the latest MBTA overhauls (the designated F40PH-3C), they just have "snow cones" on them.

DW252 or CalScle 626.
