Euro Track & Turnout Size Conversion?

Can any TOs explain how to convert European HO track radii and turnout sizes that are usually given in degrees of curvature into American HO parlance? For instance if a European "snap track" curve is given as 18 degrees, what would the radius be? How does a #6 American turnout convert to European turnout size? Thanks in advance!

Yes, it would be nice if Peco could tell you what the radius of their curved switches are in inches. Kind of a crap shoot to figure out which one to get.

From memory the Peco curved code 83 streamline are 60" outer and 36" inner radius.  The Peco curved code 100 streemline turnout is 60" outer and 30" inner,
