More track work at the Indiana Live Steamers

We have been fighting heavy rains the past few weeks.  The storms were fairly scattered.  However, our place got several of them.  It was dry enough to work today.

We have a nice tamper that really makes a good road bed.

Rail joints require a lot of bending over.  They are so close to the ground.

Why not use a long flat car to lay on with a chin rest ?
