12v bulbs and tsunami2 decoders

I have looked at the manuals several times and places but still am not sure where to connect 12v bulbs.  Do the terminals 2-3 and 6-7 supply 12v?  Shouldn't the terminals 2 and 3 work by pressing f0?

Yes, you got it right. Pads 2 and 3 for the front headlight and pads 6 and 7 for the rear. This LED diagram will work for 12v, just ignore the resisters.
