Dash-8 40B for the Shortline
Author: Jimmies

I had weathered and patched my Conrail Dash-8 40B for my shortline quite some time ago, but never really cared for the way it turned out so it didn't get to see much service.  Then I saw a YouTube video of CCET's B36-7, and decided to re-do my Dash 8 along those lines.  Now, it fits right in and is working hard on my JSSX.

Thanks for looking.

It all looks great Jim. I have a question for you. How did you do your scrap yard, it looks awesome...

Great looking locomotive, thanks for sharing. Paint is expensive and some shortlines just need their engines to run. Very authentic.

Nice weathering and rusting on the locomotive! And the background----whoa, it continuously gets better!!
