Mystery Pacific

I got this model from a friend, it has a Western Pacific herald on the the tender, but canadian national font on the cab side. Neither road had anything like this, and i haven't   found anything that looks very much like it. It started as an akane USRA heavy pacific. Does anyone recognize it? Thanks

Bell and feedwater pump are in the wrong places and the CNJ engines had wotton fireboxes
