What happens to the chains/binders? Who owns them? Who pays for them?

Its nice that they provided a nice paint matched flat for the Cats but too bad they didnt for the JDs, and yup looks like the Post Office rigs in the last one.  Could be cost wise the chains and binders are part of what the customer gets as in the scheme of things are just not worth worring about.

The chains and binders are part of the car's equipment, although they often come up missing after the cars have been in service for a while.

The chains and binders are also incrementally charged for over time so it is not a total loss.

I remember seeing the Post Office trucks being delivered in Benicia years ago. Nice series, one of these days I need to model a load or two like that.
