Model Railroading > Bored? Never!

The combination of COVID-19 and retirement has resulted in an unbridled flurry of model building- let 'er rip!   
I've been building a fleet of SP "pocket" streamliners simultaneously, happily flipping between the various locomotives and cars as I go.  I launched into this last Summer.  They should all come together by Spring, but this is where they're at at the moment.
Front to Rear:

A flanger set (I guess this one's not a streamliner- but it's in the que none the less)
The Golden State/ Sunset, Niland Turn version.
Sacramento Daylight
Del Monte
NWP Redwood

Glad to see something is keeping you out of trouble!  I've never understood people worried about being bored when they retire.  I taken time off to practice, and I know I'd be great at it ;-)  Currently, my job interferes too much with my free time.

Nice work, are you going to add a gallery or sub car to the Del Monte?

I’ve thought about a sub, but haven’t really looked into it. I’m more interested in the train as it looked out on the Monterey Branch.
BTW, the three car shells (Chair-Baggage, Hamburger Grill, and Parlor-Lounge) are from Union Station Products. I’m very pleased with them- I had been bracing myself for scratch building!

Subs were used alongside the stramline coach on the Branch

I think my favourite is the Niland turn. An E unit with two coaches is way cool. Looking forward to updates.

I know- I didn’t really finish my thoughts there. I mean to say because I’m mostly interested in the branch look of the Del Monte I’ve considered a sub, but not a gallery.

But as you can see- what I’ve put on my plate so far will keep me plenty busy for now.

That one was added when lapsed TO member “Hogheaded” suggested it.
I have a PA in the wings I haven’t done any work on yet. Add a single Chair and you’ve got one of the Sacramento-Oakland Mole trains. (pre RDC)
