Slightly O/T....anyone know what happened to the Tom Millar property up in OR.Did another live steam guy buy it. (not my photo) Regards,dK. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/23/20 14:55 by DKay. Date: 11/24/20 08:05 Re: Neat "Ride On" Train Author: BAB Rumor had it that ever who bought it was going to turn it into some kind of attraction didnt know anything about the wine deal. It takes a lot of time and money to keep that going as the small scale layout didnt look like it was able to support public viewing. All of his large scale equipment was sold some out of the country. Nothing more has come out of the live steam community about what is going on with it.

Not sure of who got the K here in the US either lost touch as to any other movements about the Big Boy. Should not have included all of the large scale equipment as dont know other than the engines sorry about that. Date: 11/26/20 00:44 Re: Neat "Ride On" Train Author: Harlock Both the Big Boy and the K-36 are in New Zealand and re-gauged to 7 1/4", by separate owners. Both are being enjoyed.
There is a different K-36 built by Harold Sinclaire that is heading to the US.
