Tomix rail cleaning car

Guys,

I bought a tomix rail cleaning car (n scale)and it had no instructions.  What liquid do you use to clean the track when you have the cloth cleaner disc in?  Also where you fill with liquid which way does the little brass piece go in. big side of piece up or down?

Also forgot to ask what is the best cleaning liquid to use, goo gone or alcohol?

Zap Rail Zip works great I use a centerline roller car with it on in HO scale. Had not run on my layout in about two years in many places two passes with it on my rollers took care of things. Its on ebay for sale.
