Doe's anyone know who made or makes the resin model of the GA-123 hoppers? I just purchased some off of eBay and they look like they were kits.

Yes they are very basic resin kits. You will have to add many of the finer details yourself.

I had a chance to buy a set of these that someone had custom made at a hobby store in Arizona
many many years ago. They were beautiful but I was not real flush and the $110 (IIRC) price tag
was steep at the time. Man I kinda wish I had them now. I think* it was a set of ten. Somewhere
someone prolly has these bad boys in their collection. Hope they went to a good home. Neat cars.

The resin kits for these cars are deffinietly not the best quality resin kits I've ever seen.  I have one, but I don't know if I'll even bother building it.

All of Concept Models cast resin models are very basic and are actually pretty crude.
With all of the 3D printed stuff out there I'm surprised he's still in business.
