Do the newer Bowser Executive Line F-Units have illuminated number boards?

I have an Executive Line  Lehigh Valley F7 [#24057] and it has illuminated number boards.

I asked Bowser directly about cleat number board inserts for older Bowser and Stewart F's.     I got a reply that they have tinted ones, which I presume are what they are using in the Executive line.    Their part number is 691-6,  $3.50 per set.    I have a ton of the older F's so will be taking inventory to see what I need.
