Model Railroading > BLI Penn Salt Tank Car

BLI's HO Chemical Tank Car in the yellow/blue Penn Salt scheme is close to the actual car but I'm not sure the blue should not be black. I've only found black and white photos of the prototype and other versions of this car where black is painted on the car where this one is blue.

Has anyone seen color prototype photos that support the colors shown on this model?
