Signals on Tunnel Portal

Would like to mount some mainline signals directly onto a tunnel portal - any suggestions?  Does anyone pethaps make a kit for this type of signal mounting?  Thank you.

Have never seen signals mounted directly to the portal structure.
But have seen more then a few where the signal mast was located about 8 - 10 feet from the tunnel portal.
