Model Identification

I was wondering if someone can help me ID this rail-truck(?).  Its G Scale and part of a collection of a friend who recently passed away.   I don't have easy access to the collection, so for now, all I have is this photo. 
Trying to find the manufacturer and determine a rough idea of value.

That is a custom paint job and a nice one. That is made by Bachmann from the spectrum line. Read High end G scale. That is a model of Rio Grande narrow gauge Goose no.1. new is running between 300 and 350 so say 200 to 250 sale price for that one.
