battery powered lighting for coaches?

I feel like I heard recently about battery powered lighting for coaches. Does anyone know of a good system like this to get? 
If not, I could try using the track power, but all the same, I need a rec for a good kit to start with.  Keeping cost down is nice, but I realize model railroading is expensive.

Rapido has their easy peasy lighting kit. Either battery or wheel power.
