O scale: MTH SW-1 body on Atlas SW chassis?

Anybody tried combining an MTH SW-1 body shell with an Atlas SW chassis?
I know it wouldn't be a simple project.
Don't know if the MTH shell is prototypical length and width.
( Just thinking out loud.)
