jb Date: 09/29/22 10:58 Re: What happened to Bruce? Author: wabash2800 He and I had our "unpleasant discourse" over the years too, but he had some good input when he wasn't letting his emotions get ahead of him.

Author: TCnR Last December had a bunch of nasty comments and a number of subscibers seem to no longer be around. Bruce seems to be very generous with his Layout, his last YT Video was four months ago. Pretty amazing Layout for many reasons, not my style but very impressive in general. Noticed that searching with CSX Philly Sub brings up his Videos on YT. I thought I saw a recent post on Atlas Forum but can't find it now.

And you wonder why he went away. Date: 09/29/22 12:28 Re: What happened to Bruce? Author: wabash2800 And he could Jab at me too and then some.

Author: ChrisCampi Bruce did a nice review of those Military flats with lots of great photos as is his usual way. Caught the post early and when I went back the next day, the post was deleted so I don't know what went sideways. That was the last I've seen from him. Bruce has strong opinions but I always enjoyed his comments and modeling. His concept of keeping things current is a very interesting way of modeling.

And you wonder why he went away. He went away but you kept it up right here thats why another poster on another forum here left. TO seems to have many jabbing for no real reason or instead of passing and not commenting give it back to them. Internet is easy to just print things that people would not say to someone in PEARSON. Date: 09/30/22 10:33 Re: What happened to Bruce? Author: ChrisCampi Victor took more then his fair share of shots from Bruce, and to his credit took them well. I think we all agree with Art, but differing opinions and good natured ribbing add interest and spice. After all, we're talking about toy trains here in the end.
Seems to me Victor totally gets it, and like him I miss having Bruce contribute. Date: 09/30/22 13:05 Re: What happened to Bruce? Author: funnelfan If you made any disparaging remarks about his beloved Digitrax, the insults would come flying. Are we totally sure he left of his own accord?
Ted Curphey Ontario, OR Date: 09/30/22 13:39 Re: What happened to Bruce? Author: cabman I just watched four segments of Bruce Friedman's fantastic Philly Sub (or empire if you prefer) on You Tube. I was totally flabbergasted with his amount of detail and prototypical operation. Until today, I always thought "Philly Sub" was my favorite sandwich and how wrong I was! Don't know if this little "spat" was a bit of jealousy, I'd be jealous of a layout like that, but on the other hand I'd be totally unable to construct, operate, or afford it!
