Rapido Autoflood III Coal Hoppers Wheels??

Shouldn't the Autoflood III coal hoppers have 38" wheels for a 286,000 CAPY ? Instead of the 33" wheels per the weight listed on the car? 

Just wondering.

From what I'm reading out there, 38" are used for 150ton or higher, or 300,000 lbs. So until that limit, my guess is 36" are used and are just fine.

36's are pretty standard.  38's are in limited use in modern railroading.  Center trucks on double stacks are 38".  In general a 38" wheel would be used for a car that had 125 ton capacity or 315,000 gross rail load.
