How does Highball decals compared to Microscale decals?
Any input would be helpful.

I've used the Highball Graphics CP and CN maintenance truck decals. The only issue I see is that if you handle them too much prior to application, the lettering can rub off. (Probably because they are made on an ALPS-like printer) They should always be kept in their plastic envelope and once your model is decaled, be sure to seal the finish.

With that being said, some Microscale decals I have used lately don't seem to be as good as they used to be, but perhaps it is old age (mine).

I agree with the comment about Microscale decals.
I have been using them for around 40 years and as of late they seen to be crap.
I haven't used Highball so no opinion on them
