Model Railroading > Baby Huey testing the helix

I am getting around to applying scenery to the helix on the double decked Texas & Gulf.

Midway up the 5 loop helix the track makes a brief appearance, the sheer rock wall
is rather close to the track and the tunnel entrances need elbow room, so to check
clearances I whipped out the U50 which is the longest lokie I own.  One minor adjusrment
and it passed the clearance test.

I run only smallish steam,  Bo-Bo diesels, and 40 ft freight cars so all should be good.
