Great photo of the cars and beautiful structure I got to town too late to see.

Very cool scene. Love the afternoon sun. Can you tell us about the lighting?

The lighting is primarily track lighting with a mixture of incandescent and LED bulbs.

Are those the Rapido cars?  Is the roofwalk popping up on the car on the left?

Wish railroads were as proactive about traffic now as they were back in the 1960's. Great bit of modeling. Guessing those are the new Rapido reefers.

That is splendid, the entire scene.

I dabbled in the hobby a little a couple of different times. I admire the skill, especially the level you've presented here. In the end, it was just "too much like work" for me to stick with it.

Yes, those are Rapido cars. And yes, the roofwalk is popping up on the car at the left. I hadn't noticed it it before reading your question but I checked today and it's worse than when the photo was taken.

Although I never saw that structure I did attend the National Orange Show in San Bernardino, but could not find any rails there. A friend told me later that everyone should go there... once.

The National Orange Show was in San Bernardino. The National Orange packing house was in Riverside.
