Model Railroading > Pure Pennsylvania Power!Date: 03/29/23 17:26 Pure Pennsylvania Power! Author: Orion4572 Today at the Randall museum in SF, I was running a 2-10-0 Decapod with a 2-8-0 H10.
Maybe not the most prototypical pair but, in my opinion beautiful! I don't double-head steam engines very often but I thought this looked incredible! For those who are curious the 2-10-0 Decapod is made by BLI and the 2-8-0 is made by MTH. Here are some pictures and a video I took of it. You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. IIRC, paper load. Posted from Android Date: 03/29/23 18:51 Re: Pure Pennsylvania Power! Author: Orion4572 Thank you!
I believe the yellow stripe signified some sort of lumber service. Here are some more pictures. Date: 03/29/23 21:07 Re: Pure Pennsylvania Power! Author: FiveChime The SP boxcar is a little to rrecent for that train. From the 1960s common in Oregon - lumber service cars.
