Question on the 44-tonners: It looks like all the generic colors are not available on all phases. IIRC Phase Ic is yellow, III is red, andn IV is blue. Is that right, or is each color available on each version? Was hoping to get a red Ic and IV to decal for Claremont & Concord if the color is close enough.

Correct, the generic painted units are available in one phase for each for simplicity. 

That being said, all three phases are also available undecorated as well.
