Does anyone know where I can find a #41 to #60 Drill index?
I can find them with a lot more drill bits than I need, but not just the 41 to 60.

A drill index is a set of drills, small ones like that are best found like the other person said MSC is my go to for all of my bit and mill needs quick service too.

Well, I bought a really nice set of drills #1-60 in a steel case a while back and love it. I also have a small set of drills #51-60 with 1/4" hex bases that are ready to chuck into a drill, and those come in handy quite often. I often use my digital calipers to measure the size of the drill bit shank of loose bits so I know where to put them. But if you are just looking for the #41-60 set, here is a option;

Type in MSC and you will see MSC Industrial come up. I live in southern OR my shipments come out of Sparks NV warehouse and takes two days. If you get one of there cataloges they are about 5-6" thick you can request one I think. I also get a news letter with specials and new items too. Very easy to talk with if you have any problems finding thiings or how an item works small or large orders are never a problem either.
