More from the CB&W Open House in Virginia (Part 3)
Author: rbx551985

I'm slowly getting the JFIF files converted to JPG's to Trainorders' computer can post them.  Here are 3 random scenes from the recent Open House at Grafton, Va.

(1) Wood Yard activity, with a passing train in the background
(2) Revitalization of an area on the upper level
(3) Trailers and boxcars moving the goods

We also had at least two "MOVIE TRAINS" running during the Open House.  Day 2 saw the "Silver Streak" passenger train from that movie title, and both days saw a train from the movie "Unstoppable" as well.

(1) AWVR locomotive sitting at the Archer Repair facility
(2) TRANS GRAIN yellow covered hopper, and a gray "MURRIGAN" covered hopper, in French Creek Yard
(3) TRANS GRAIN green covered hoppers, in French Creek Yard, on an outbound move
