https://www.ebay.com/help/home type your query into the help search bar and several faq results will come up. If you need to narrow down your query, ebay customer chat shoudl pop up from the help/home page. Typically takes 1-3 minutes for the call to come through.

I wonder how many of us have cussed out a robot on the phone? I know I have. After the bot asking me dumb questions and not helping me, I find that my swearing and cussing gets me a human being to pipe in... The bot must know when you get agitated, raising your voice, swearing and cussing. <G> Or maybe someone is monitoring the conversation? Perhaps it's like the self checkouts that don;t save as money as one would think.
