James who is a train enthusiast hopes to ensure the club continues to grow and the layout's survival for years to come.

First of all, TV celebrity really? Not that big time. Also, the club pays rent so who ever buys that house would be silly to pass up on an income opportunity like that. And last the home isn't even that expensive. But whatever, it gives people something to talk about and fawn over.

Per another post here the home IS very expensive and in a high-end neighborhood. And even if the club pays rent as they did before, at least they get to keep operating.
