Model Railroading > New PRR yard powerDate: 06/23/25 06:35 New PRR yard power Author: bobdavis The long awaited Broadway Limited PRR B6sb 0-6-0 switcher arrived the day before my most recent operating session last Saturday the 21st. Photo attached. It had a noticeable "lope" in its gait when I first ran it so I didn't use it during the session but that seems to have smoothed out nicely with a little "breaking in". The engine looks and sounds good and is an excellent puller. It needs a good weathering job to make it more appropriate for 1956, but overall I'm very happy with it. The operating session itself was a fun time. Most of the crew comes over from Idaho Falls, Idaho, 90 miles each way, so I must be doing something right!
