Model Railroading > Pool Is Cool!

Four six-axle units from Santa Fe, Burlington Northern, and Kansas City
Southern team up to move tonnage on the Prairie Scale Model Railroad
Club layout in Lombard, IL.  Later in the run the power was split into a
2 x 2 (mid-train helper) configuration to tackle one of the steep grades and
recombined at the headend once the grade was conquered.  All of the locomotives 
are Athearn products.
