Pretty difficult to say it isn't a home run.

What? It's still on the rails :-)

N scale has come a long way recently.

went ahead and installed MicroTrains TrueScale N couplers (we are told not to pull anything with these or the warranty will void, so functionally they don't need to do anything but look good). Here it is with the front lights on, very very quiet. I installed a digitrax decoder cuz that's what I run, but Rapido installs Econami in its DCC versions. I cant control any F keys other than 0 and 1, like interior lighting, class lights, rear lights, etc. A cornucopia of goodies aren't available without the Econami. If those cool functions can be accessed with a digitrax system, let me know. I'm checking with Rapido and Digitrax for a workaround and if one is found, I'll post it.
