That's great. I've gotten in the habit of buying a couple of train sets each year and donating them to local toy drives.

I think the rising cost of model trains and accessories, with the rising costs of basically everything, will deter the growth of all hobbies. Political instability will add to the mix negatively.
Growth, if any, will be slow, but the hobby will persevere.
