I had an Athearn RTR boxcar that unfortunately derailed and fell off the layout and was damaged.  It was a 50' FMC boxcar, i'm sure it's long out of production but i assume you can find them at train shows or Ebay.

I think Atlas also has a boxcar and a dash 8-40C, but outside of that i dont believe there is a lot out there RTR.  I do like the blue scheme though, i wish there was more out there.

I used Google to search and find some images, but all I could really find was photos of 50' box cars in blue or blue and black.

Good luck,

Atlas has done two runs of GP40-2W's.  The first run was in the dark blue a few years ago (516, 517). Last year they did the two originally painted in light blue with big graphics (505, 515).  Atlas also did some Dash 8's recently.  Athearn has done several runs of boxcars.  Rapido last year produced some of their Berlin Mills boxcars in Pan Am.  I don't have my inventory lists with me at the moment, so can not give more details, like stock numbers.

Pretty sure those were the only freight cars that were painted during the Pan Am era, apart from some MOW stuff that got re-stencilled without a full repaint.

Highball Graphics has Pan Am RR decals for locos and freight cars.

Athearn also did their basic RTR F9's as #1 and #2.  In reality they were longer ex-CN FP9's that came from the Conway Scenic Railroad.  Rapido did the CSR models but I don't think they did Pan Am.  Athearn also released a few stainless steel passenger cars with blue window bands for PAR.  I don't think they really represent the business cars, but provides a substitute.
