I was looking for the same thing and there are zillions of easy and fast ideas to come up with good looking lumber stacks and even wrapped load downloads Date: 05/03/26 20:23 Re: HO scale wrapped lumber stack help Author: northridgeswitcher Try Columbia Train Master.
He's on eBay. I have purchased a number of his loads in N Scale and have been very pleased. Northridge Switcher Posted from Android Date: 05/03/26 20:57 Re: HO scale wrapped lumber stack help Author: sp8234 I have both Columbus Train Master & just got a bunch from Hopper Hill Hobbies on Ebay.
Hopper Hill does full load Center Beam & partial that are done very nice. You have to click on the type of load you are looking for to the lumber mill name. Chris Date: 05/04/26 08:26 Re: HO scale wrapped lumber stack help Author: LarryDoyle I make my own.
The sawmill at Chippewa Falls exclusivly makes barrel staves for the cooperage at Wabasha. Logs are cut on a unique cylindrical, rather than a flat, saw - giving them a circular shape when assembled into a finished barrel. The mill counts them into bundles of 19 and ties them together as a kit for loading into a boxcar. Here we see a few kits on the loading dock that just couldn't be fitted into that boxcar. -LD Date: 05/04/26 10:47 Re: HO scale wrapped lumber stack help Author: TCnR Interesting how-to for making your own modern wraps on a printer, artwork for numerous mills at the bottom of the article:

some extra wrapped loads from these depending what I built them for, and used those as scenery at my lumber yards and sawmills. Don't know if you can still buy new from Walthers. but they are on FleeBay I met the guy one time at s train show and got a couple of his custom built loads too. very cool.
