Model Railroading > Help Wanted – HO Scale Model Railroad Layout

I'm looking for someone in the North Wilmington, Delaware area who enjoys building HO scale model railroads and would be interested in helping me build my layout.

The layout measures 5 feet by 15 feet and will include multiple industries, continuous running, and realistic scenery. I'm looking for someone with experience in track laying, wiring, scenery, or general layout construction.
Whether you can help with the entire project or just specific parts, I'd love to hear from you.I'm happy to work around your schedule, and compensation can be discussed for the right person.
