Model Railroading > GP-30 3256 Warbonet Painting - Which Sound for Engine, Horn und B

Good Evening from Germany,

I'm in the middle of "overhauling" one of my G-Scale GP30's. It's one of the old ones, without AC on the Cab, but with Position Lights and Warbonet-Paint, the one with the yellow cab, not the later one.

It's a model of the 3256, so clearly after renumbering, but there are some questions for the new Sound:

Engine: Did she had the old Warbonet-Painting with the new engine?

Horn and Bell: Simple question: Which one?

Hope to find help here, cause as i learned in former projects, there could be many different Horns and Bells.

I assume you mean this paint scheme?
The horns were odd, a Leslie 2 chime on the right side and a Leslie single chime on the left side, later ATSF used a Nathan K3 horn.
The bell was a typical air operated bell.
Prime mover (engine) was an EMD 567D3 2250 HP.
GP30's were my favorite second generation EMD.
Good luck, looking forward to seeing a GP30 from Deutschland.
