Modern Lumber/Builder Mart Served by Rail

This is located btw Fort Wayne & Huntingon off U.S. 24 on the Norfolk Southern Huntington District. I suppose it could be condensed in HO but might be modeled in entirty in N. I have seen centerbeam flat cars parked there.

A couple things, this location recieves lumber on centerbeams that is distributed to other locations. Centerbeams require access from both sides for the forklifts and must be unloaded evenly side to side.
