Well, I'm still waitin' for the results, havin' support is one thing, walkin' besides talkin' is another!

I'm not holding my breath..I've seen way too any promises go unfulfilled.

"Continuity of Service." An important choice of words for Carper. I hope he means that Amtrak MUST have professional employees providing excellent service all the time.

No rude disappearing conductors or sleeping car attendants gone for the day. Or food cars opening 45 minutes after departure.

Thanks, I was quite sure what he meant by that phrase.

We'll see, I know a lot of good employees who work 3 and 4, but it's always the bad apples the ruin everything, I'm just hopin' my mood can change!
