Suprised to see it as I passed by the Toledo station on the way into work just before 8 am this morning. Any word on where the delay occurred?

Probably late running with flash flood watches the entire trip. Don't forget running on CSX is 40 mph maximum and running on NS is 15 mph maximum with the flash flood watches.

CSX flood warnings then normal NS traffic jams between TOL-CHI.
