SILVER METEOR #98 was "only" 59 min Lt leaving Florence this morning and managed to make up all the time into WAS. As of this writing it was 8" AHD at Phila.
Delays in FL, particularly between Kissimmee and Orlando and more recently between Palatka and Jacksonville, continue to plague the performance of this train.
