The Pennsylvanian...AMTK 513 was a regular work train unit working out of Race St.
in Philadelphia, before the current shortage of P42 engines.

Yes, the new bridge is in service and the old one is being dismantled. High fences are being erected on the new bridge will will hamper photography. The old bridge was photographer friendly. I wish the new one was.
