Is anybody else getting a "forbidden" entry? I can't seem to access the site at all.

Dixieland goes through frequent permutations and outages--just keep trying or try and access it from Google.

I kept getting that message too. Seems to be back to normal in the last
10 minutes.

You're lucky---you were down for only 1-1/2 hours. I had that happen to me for two days. Had to go thru a different website to bring it up. Don't ask me what website. I don't know. But now I'm getting it thru the normal system. This was probably about 6 months ago.

The deprivation of information must have been devastating to the entire railfan community. Oh the humanity! Awesome website that I use a lot myself but as with many things in life, sometimes things happen and you've just got to deal with it and move on.

A far cry from when we only knew about a train from the local agent, who would get its delay from the dispatcher about an hour before train time.

And this has what to do with Passenger Trains?

Quite a bit, actually. The website in question will give you the status of every Amtrak train running, via a map of the U.S.
