The Michigan Association of Railroad Passengers will be holding their April meeting in New Buffalo, Michigan at the New Buffalo Township Library from 10:30 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday, April 16, 2016.  Arrangements have been made with Amtrak to make an unscheduled stop for #351 at New Buffalo for those attending the meeting.  One can return to points East on #352 which leaves New Buffalo at 3:09 PM. Tickets must be purchased to Chicago as soon as possible in order to get the cheapest fare.

Colleagues from Indiana will give us an update on the Hoosier State, the status of the Chicago-Fort Wayne-Columbus corridor project and an update on the Indiana Gateway project.  Lunch will be at the nearby Stray Dog Bar &Grill.

Same 352 that was nearly 4 hours late yesterday. One can drive from Detroit to Chicago in almost the amount of time the train  was late into Dearborn.
