Passenger Trains > Amtrak #6 Service DisruptionDate: 01/08/17 17:08 Amtrak #6 Service Disruption Author: 2ebright The Dixieland site shows #6 of today 25" late at Colfax, CA but not yet arriving at Truckee and in a "Service Disruption". Anybody know details; I suspect weather.

WASHOUT on the mountain somewhere above Blue Canyon. Tr. 6 held at Midas, Tr. 5 got over before to much damage occurred, met train 6 at Midas. They have since coupled together and are in process of returning to Emeryville. Mountain to be closed for a few days....
